Just wanted to let you know we had an incident last week during one of our surgery procedures where the pop-off valve was accidentally left closed after bagging an animal and our circuit alarm alerted us within a few seconds. I just want to say THANK YOU VERY MUCH for your recommendation and coming in with the circuit alarms to show us about it, that incident could have had a MUCH worse result had we not had a circuit alarm.
Just want to say thank you very much again for your great recommendation and this is a prime example as to why it should be mandatory for all anesthetic machines to have such an alarm. »
