"How should I hold my vaporizer?"
When installing your new anesthesia machine or replacing your vaporizer, you should never hold the vaporizer by the dial. This may cause internal damage which can affect the output concentration. When taking you vaporizer out of the box or off the anesthesia machine make sure you hold it by the side or the bottom.
In addition, we strongly recommend to always leave a vaporizer full of anesthesia agent straight and not on its side. It can affect the output and calibration.
